Digital Products (VRChat Assets & Avatars)

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

When purchasing any avatar, asset, texture, accessory, or digital file, you agree that you may not:

Redistribute or resell the files.

• Upload public versions unless specifically permitted.
• Share files with friends or third parties.
• Claim our work as your own.
• Remove creator credits when required.
• Use our products for NFTs or AI dataset training.
• Re-upload purchased files for download elsewhere.

You may:

• Edit products for your own personal use.
• Upload privately to your own VRChat account.
• Use purchased assets on commissioned avatars (only if every recipient owns the required licenses).

Digital purchases are non-refundable.

VRChat Avatar Rules

Unless otherwise stated:

• One purchase = One user license.
• Do not upload purchased avatars publicly.
• Do not leak packages.
• Do not rip assets from avatars.
• Do not extract or redistribute included assets.
• Do not use our avatars for hateful, illegal, or abusive content.

Physical Products

We sell:

• 3D Prints
• Resin Products
• Photo Prints
• Stickers
• Goodies

Because many products are handmade, slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur.

These variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds.

Resin Products

Our resin items are handmade.

Small imperfections such as:

• Tiny bubbles
• Minor color variation
• Slight surface marks
  
  

may naturally occur.

These do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.

18+ Resin Products

Some resin products are intended for adults only.

By purchasing an age-restricted item, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• It is legal to purchase and own these products where you live.
• You understand the nature of the item being purchased.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or underage.

Custom Orders

Custom orders begin after payment is received.

Because custom work is made specifically for you:

• No cancellations once production begins.
• No refunds on completed custom work.
• Changes may not be possible after design approval.

Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the item.

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages after carrier acceptance
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
• Customs fees or import taxes

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct.

Returns & Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable content:

• No refunds
• No exchanges
• No cancellations after download

Physical Products

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was received.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Normal wear, accidental damage, or buyer's remorse are not eligible for refunds.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, models, textures, photos, files, logos, and designs remain the intellectual property of BarklynnCO.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed after digital products have been delivered or downloaded, or after physical goods have been shipped, we reserve the right to:

• Revoke access to digital products.
• Ban future purchases.
• Provide purchase records to the payment processor.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is."

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper use.
• Compatibility issues with third-party software.
• VRChat updates that may affect avatar functionality.
• Printer settings or user error for digital files intended for personal printing.
